Matthew Chervenak:
Mr. Chervenak is president and founder of GB. His scientific experience includes molecular biology research at the National Institute of Dental Research, the National Eye Institute, and New York University Medical Center. He has worked as a strategy consultant at Sapient Corporation serving startup and investment banking clients in New York City. He founded GB in 2002.

Corporate Structure within China:
GB (Shanghai GB Investment Management Consulting Co. Limited) is a Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise in China. This structure allows us to conveniently serve our multinational and Chinese clients.
